Job Title / Role: Lead – House Keeping

Location: Mysore

Education Qualification: Graduate

Required Experience: 12-18 Years

Purpose of the role :

1. Upkeep of production floor,office block, annex building, warehouses, canteen and sacred places.                                                          

2. Coordinate with all stakeholders                                                         

3. Project cleaning and snag listing before handover                                                                  

4. Initiative as a role model to modernize housekeeping processes which signifies cost and manpower optimization.                                                         

5. Role model as an ESG ambassador.                                                                 

6. Sound executor of core job related agreement, deal with statutory compliances audit.                                                                     

7. Outline knowledge on landscaping
