Lead - Architect, Developer, Administrator of BMC Remedy/Helix platform

Role Responsibilities -

As a BMC Helix Architect, your focus will be architecting, developing, implementing and supporting the BMC Remed/Helix platform. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

• Perform technical planning, define the architecture and perform development work.
• Meet the business requirements while staying aligned with the company's architecture and IT standards
• Be the expert on the BMC Remedy/Helix platform, custom applications and native applications like ITSM, CMDB, SmartIT, DWPA and Reporting.
• Help others in the organization be successful in their jobs by working with colleagues directly on improving processes and by sharing knowledge and experience.
• Support current implementation by helping resolve complex operational problems.
• Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to acquire results.

We expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications)

• More than 12  years of experience of BMC Remedy and BMC Helix ITSM.
• Good general IT knowledge to architect, design and understand the full infrastructure stack used by the BMC Remedy/Helix deployment
• Proven teamwork and interpersonal skills guiding team members and stakeholder to meet company needs.
• Detailed experience from  large BMC Remedy/Helix implementations

It would be great if you (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor or Masters’ degree in a discipline related to Computer Science, Information Systems.
• Experience of process tools from Atlassian and ServiceNow.
• Experience from tool migration projects.
