Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Partner - Real Estate Practice, this is for one of our clients ( a boutique Law Firm) based in Mumbai. You will be responsible for driving growth and building a scalable real estate business. While an existing client or developer book is not required at the time of joining, the role demands strong business development (BD) muscle, market intelligence, and the ability to develop a sustainable book of clients, developers, and transactions over time.



Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth (Core Focus)

  • Drive new client acquisition across residential, commercial, and investment real estate
  • Build relationships with developers, landowners, investors, HNIs, and corporate clients
  • Identify, source, and close real estate transactions
  • Develop and execute territory and partnership-led growth strategies
  • Create and scale a book of business over time through consistent deal sourcing


Client & Partner Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to buyers, sellers, investors, and developers
  • Manage end-to-end deal lifecycle: sourcing, negotiations, closures, and handovers
  • Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business


Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Track market trends, pricing, inventory, and demand-supply dynamics
  • Advise clients on investment opportunities and asset positioning
  • Provide inputs for product, project, and go-to-market strategies


Governance & Ethics

  • Ensure adherence to RERA guidelines, company policies, and ethical practices
  • Maintain transparent documentation and client communication
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and compliance teams for closures


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Law
  • 10-15 years of experience
  • Strong experience in real estate sales, advisory, or investments
  • Solid understanding of local real estate markets and regulations (RERA)
  • Strong BD muscle and hunter mindset & Existing book is NOT mandatory
