Are you someone who thrives in fast-paced logistics environments and enjoys solving real-world delivery challenges? Join our growing Operations team as a Last Mile Executive, where you'll play a key role in driving seamless B2B and B2C deliveries.

About the Role:

As a Last Mile Executive, youll coordinate last mile dispatches, monitor delivery performance, resolve on-ground issues, and work closely with delivery partners to ensure high service levels. This is a critical role ensuring timely and efficient order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily dispatches with 3PL and internal fleet teams
• Monitor real-time delivery tracking and resolve exceptions/escalations
• Ensure timely pickups/deliveries as per SLAs
• Support route planning and suggest on-ground improvements
• Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams for smooth order flow
• Maintain MIS reports and support performance dashboard creation
• Assist in field audits, hub visits, and vendor performance reviews

What We're Looking For:

• 26 years of experience in last mile logistics, dispatch, or delivery operations
• Prior exposure to e-commerce, FMCG, or 3PL operations preferred
• Familiarity with GPS tracking, route optimization tools, and MS Excel
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to travel locally (up to 20%) for field supervision
