Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Last Mile Associate to manage and optimize the final stage of order fulfillment. The role involves coordinating deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch, handling delivery-related escalations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate last mile delivery operations
• Ensure timely dispatch and successful delivery of orders
• Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues or delays
• Coordinate with delivery partners, warehouse teams, and customer support
• Monitor daily delivery performance metrics and report discrepancies
• Handle RTO (Return to Origin) cases and reduce delivery failures
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and escalations
• Ensure adherence to company SLAs and operational standards

Qualifications & Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or last mile operations
• Experience in e-commerce / D2C / FMCG operations preferred
• Familiarity with shipment tracking tools and dashboards
• Graduate in any discipline
