11 Reason of hiring** A Japanese bilingual associate proficient in Power BI possessing good technical proficiency but also having effective communication, collaboration and data analysis skills. The associate will have to interact with Japanese counterparts during meetings and work on Japanese files/documents.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

1) Fluent in Japanese (Business Level) and English 2) Ability to translate technical/business documents 3) Skilled in interpretation during meetings (client calls, workshop, requirement gathering) 4) Experience in Power BI/Reporting Platforms 5) Ability to create or translate BRDs, UAT documents & other project related documents 6) Lifescience Domain

Good-to-Have 1) Familiarity with Japan Pharma market 2) Understanding of Commercial Pharma 3) Basic understanding of SQL
