Bachelors/masters degree with Specialization Landscape Management

Key Roles and Responsibilities of a Landscape Manager

Oversee the development, maintenance, and beautification of gardens, lawns, landscapes, and all green areas within the campus.
Plan and implement horticultural work schedules, including seasonal plantation, garden layouts, and landscaping activities.
Supervise horticulture staff, assign daily tasks, monitor work quality, and ensure workforce discipline.
Manage plant care activities such as sowing, pruning, trimming, watering, weeding, and pest/disease control.
Ensure proper upkeep of trees, shrubs, flowering plants, indoor/outdoor plants, and nursery stock to maintain plant health and aesthetics.
Maintain inventory and ensure timely procurement of seeds, saplings, fertilizers, pesticides, tools, and other materials.
Coordinate with management and event teams for landscaping projects, plant arrangements, and special horticulture requirements.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards in all horticulture operations.
