Landscape Designer (Intermediate level)

Requirement:

• Bachelor in Landscape Architecture or Architecture
• 3-5 years experience in Landscape Design is a must
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign etc.
• Able to communicate design ideas verbally, visually and graphically
• Great team player and flexible work attitude, and work independently
• Responsible, hardworking and self-motivated

Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage landscape projects independently from schematic design stage to construction drawing stage;
• Work closely with the Project Director and Designers to manage and ensure the smooth and timely delivery of landscape architecture projects;
• Draw and review to ensure design standards and project deliverables are met with satisfactory quality standards at different stages;
• Responsible for client liaison and communications;
• Take Design initiatives and mentor young designers in the project team.
