Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Landscape Architect located in Borivali, Mumbai. The Landscape Architect will be responsible for landscape planning, design, landscaping, creating landscape architecture, and developing planting plans as part of their day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of design concepts and solutions for landscape architectural projects.

- Manage and coordinate project teams, including junior landscape architects, designers, and consultants.

- Conduct site analysis, research, and feasibility studies.

- Prepare and review landscape drawings, renderings, and presentations.

- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance on plant materials, sustainable practices, and construction techniques.

- Oversee the production of construction documents and specifications.

- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development

Qualifications

• Landscape Planning and Landscape Design skills
• Freshers and candidates with 1 or 2 years of experience can also apply
• Experience in Landscaping and Landscape Architecture
• Proficiency in creating Planting Plans
• Strong attention to detail in design and execution
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
• Knowledge of sustainable landscape practices is a plus
