Posititon : Landscape Architect

Location : Bengaluru

Salary : INR 30,000 to 50,000 per month in hand salary

Qualifications:

M.Arch in Landscape Architecture with 0-2 years of experience or B.Arch with 1-3 years of experience in Landscape Design.
Proficient in landscape construction drawing, tender documentation, and BOQs for large-scale projects.
Skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project expectations.
Develop and deliver project documentation according to specified stages and requirements.
Manage project resources efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
Prepare BOQs and cost estimates and oversee construction phases to ensure design intent is maintained.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
