Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models for landscape architecture projects.
- Collaborate with architects, urban designers, engineers, and city planners to ensure cohesive and sustainable designs.
- Conduct research and analysis on environmental conditions, land use, and zoning regulations.
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Support the supervision of construction and installation of landscape designs to ensure they match the original plan.
- Stay updated with current design trends, technologies, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a reputed institute.
- Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from a reputed institute in India or abroad.
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Revit.
- Strong visual communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other professionals.
- Knowledge of zoning regulations and land use policies.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working on landscape projects with reputed international design firms would be an advantage.
