Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models for landscape architecture projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, urban designers, engineers, and city planners to ensure cohesive and sustainable designs.
  • Conduct research and analysis on environmental conditions, land use, and zoning regulations.
  • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Support the supervision of construction and installation of landscape designs to ensure they match the original plan.
  • Stay updated with current design trends, technologies, and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a reputed institute.
  • Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from a reputed institute in India or abroad.
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Revit.
  • Strong visual communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other professionals.
  • Knowledge of zoning regulations and land use policies.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working on landscape projects with reputed international design firms would be an advantage.
