Job Description

  1. Should have sound knowledge in terms of IndAS/IFRS and other Indian taxation and compliances.
  2. Should be well versed with preparation and review of financials statement as per IndAS/IFRS.
  3. Candidate should have detail-oriented approach and hands on experience in R2R, Accruals, MIS reporting
  4. Ledger and Sub Ledger Reconciliations (Employee Advance and payable liability).
  5. Preparation and validation of accruals received from different stakeholders
  6. Identifying P&L variance and clarification from respective business
  7. Qualitative variance analysis for P&L and BS movements.
  8. Co-ordination with other stakeholder and Team for stabilization of migrated processes.
  9. Performing of quality BS reconciliation and timely action on open items.
  10. Liaise with internal and external auditors for audits (SOX, Tax, Process Audit).
  11. Ensuring compliance to SOX/internal control/Statutory guidelines.
  12. Eye on Process improvement and automation, brining best practices.
  13. Preferable - ERP (Oracle) functional knowledge.
  14. Preferable Actuarial valuation data analysis and Trust Account experience
