Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Lactation Consultant. The Lactation Consultant will provide support to mothers and families in areas related to breastfeeding and maternal-child health. Responsibilities include assessing and assisting with breastfeeding challenges, collaborating with healthcare professionals, supporting neonatal intensive care needs, and offering education and resources for maternal and infant well-being.

Qualifications

• Certified Lactation Counselor certification and a strong foundation in lactation support
• Experience or knowledge in Neonatal Intensive Care and maternal-child health
• Background in Medicine or related healthcare fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with families and a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for supporting breastfeeding mothers and promoting infant health
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a healthcare-related field is a plus
• Flexibility to work with diverse populations in an on-site environment
