Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application SME with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Labware LIMS Labware ELN CDS and Empower. Experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Labware and LIMS applications to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Labware ELN and CDS systems to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Empower with existing systems and workflows.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize configurations to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
  • Train end-users on the effective use of Labware LIMS Labware ELN CDS and Empower applications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all system implementations.
  • Participate in project planning and management to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements.
  • Provide recommendations for system improvements based on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Support data migration and integration efforts to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and implement new features.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Labware LIMS Labware ELN CDS and Empower.
  • Demonstrate experience in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains is highly desirable.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical challenges.
  • Show proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support end-users.
  • Display the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
