Position: Lab Instructor Microbiology

Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Life Sciences or related discipline

Experience: Preferably 1 year of relevant laboratory experience

Role Summary:

The Lab Instructor (Microbiology) will support teaching and practical sessions by preparing laboratory setups, assisting students, and ensuring safe and effective conduct of microbiology experiments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain microbiology lab equipment, cultures, media, and reagents.
• Assist faculty and students during practical classes and research activities.
• Ensure laboratory safety, hygiene, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Maintain inventory, records, and proper storage of lab materials.
• Support calibration, sterilization, and routine maintenance of instruments.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of microbiological techniques and lab safety practices.
