Lead and manage Application / Operations Support teams in a production environment

Strong expertise in managing application support operations, UPI domain experience is mandatory

Hands-on experience across minimum 2 similar Operations / Support projects

Responsible for incident, problem, and service request management, ensuring SLA adherence

Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and internal teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
