- Experience in Automobile Industry
- Strong experience with DMS (Dealer Management System)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced L2 Support Engineer to support business-critical applications developed using Mainframe, COBOL (AS400), Java, C++ , and SQL databases .
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 application support for enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues with minimal business impact
- Monitor application performance and system health
- Work closely with L1 support , development teams, and stakeholders
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Execute SQL queries for data analysis and issue diagnosis
- Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides
- Assist with application deployments and configuration changes
- Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation
- Communicate clearly with users regarding issue status and resolution
Technical Skills:
- Mainframe / COBOL (AS400) / Java / C++
- SQL & Database troubleshooting
- Object-Oriented Programming concepts
- Application support & incident handling
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
- Experience with automation tools
- Background in financial or technology-driven environments
