Job Description
Role:
Looking to work in a global environment?
- Resolve and manage incidents related to Microsoft 365.
- Administer Microsoft 365 user lifecycle tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and user termination activities.
- Create and manage Exchange Online resources such as shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and resource mailboxes.
- Manage Microsoft Teams meeting room accounts and collaboration resources
- Document incident resolutions, configurations, and procedures while ensuring compliance with security policies.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, and Entra ID
- Proven experience in a Level 2 IT support or M365 administration role
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend preventative measures
- Solid understanding of user lifecycle management (onboarding and offboarding)
- Experience with incident management and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
