L2/L3 Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 production support for data platforms and applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently
• Monitor systems, identify root causes, and ensure quick resolution
• Support deployment activities and maintain system stability
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams

Azure Services:

• Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Azure Key Vault
• Azure Storage Accounts
• Azure Virtual Machines (VMs)

Technical Skills:

• Strong SQL skills (including performance tuning)
• Experience in deployment processes
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to Python scripting

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to troubleshoot complex data and system issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
