Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor alerts and VOCs using tools

2. Coordinate with resolver teams and ICT Command Center during incidents

3. Operate the monitoring service desk and respond to user queries

4. Maintain and update SOPs and monitoring documentation

5. Share daily updates and participate in regular operational reviews

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in spoken Korean/Mandarin (Chinese) / both will be highly preferred
  • Basic understanding of the IT Service Management process - typically when an alert comes, should check what it is and engage the right stakeholders a collaboration tool. They have to following the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) given to them to follow.
  • 24X7 shifts
  • Work location Bangalore

Preferred Skills:

3 years in IT monitoring/NOC environments

Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL-based incident management

Strong communication and coordination skills

Willingness to work in 24x7 shifts
