Position Overview

The Service Delivery Engineer Network Implementation is responsible for delivering onsite network deployment, installation, and maintenance services. The role involves performing rack and stack activities, IOS upgrades, and device health validation for a range of network infrastructure components including switches, routers, servers, and wireless access points.

This position requires hands-on technical expertise, attention to detail, and effective coordination with remote support and client teams to ensure smooth execution and compliance with service delivery standards and SLAs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 35 years of experience in on-site network installation or service delivery engineering.
• Practical experience with Cisco IOS or equivalent enterprise network operating systems.
• Proven track record in executing rack installation, IOS upgrades, and post-installation validation.
• Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM ticketing systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Physical & Site Requirements

• Ability to lift and install equipment (up to 1015 kg).
• Comfortable working at installation heights up to 3 meters.
• Compliance with all site safety, ESD, and physical handling protocols.
