Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capability Building Framework:

    • Develop and implement an org-wide competency framework aligned with the strategic goals of CaratLane,

    • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for development across teams.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor training programs to meet specific functional and organizational needs.

  • Learning Programs Identification & Management:

    • Identify, design, and develop learning programs, including in-person workshops, online courses, and blended learning solutions.

    • Manage the end-to-end process of learning programs, including planning, scheduling, coordination with trainers, and participant engagement.

    • Develop and manage a repository of learning resources and materials.

    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through ROI framewor

  • Career Development Initiatives:

    • Support CYOL initiatives, including LEAP, mentoring programs, career pathways, and the CaratLaner Development Plan.

    • Assist in building a tech-enabled career movement program on HRMS, to effectively track and facilitate career progressions within CaratLane.

LMS Deployment, Management, and Maintenance:

  • Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of the Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Track and analyze LMS usage and user feedback to continuously improve the system and learning experience.

  • Stakeholder Support & Solutions Development:

    • Engage with stakeholders to understand their pain points and emerging development needs.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement tailored learning solutions that address specific business challenges.

    • Monitor the effectiveness of these solutions and refine them as needed to maximize impact.

  • Management and Reporting:

    • Maintain and update training records, including attendance, completion rates, and certification statuses.

    • Monitor and manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficiency in quickly learning new tools and platforms.
