Coordination of stakeholders
Managing/coordinating tasks from multiple stakeholders
Data entry and support lead in managing and running our LMS (Learning Requests/ProEdge/Vantage) based activities
Migrate data as needed
Maintaining quality of database through regular quality checks for missing data
Digitally upskilled: AI, Microsoft Power Apps
Data and reporting, run reports related to activity
Perform research requests
Review Third Party Vendor systems
Assist with user experience enhancements
Address client / learner inquiries
Support in creation of project management (project plans, drive milestones, meet deadlines, and reprioritize as needed to complete timely delivery of projects; manage projects from inception to completion) for small projects as needed.
Support the team and SMEs/stakeholders or others they identify during content development, including preparation for delivery of content and overall experience.
