This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

In the HPE Hybrid Cloud, we lead the innovation agenda and technology roadmap for all of HPE. This includes managing the design, development, and product portfolio of our next-generation cloud platform, Green Lake. Working with customers, we help them reimagine their information technology needs to deliver a simple, consumable solution that helps them drive their business results. What you'll do:

Contributes to and may lead the portfolio management process, which includes needs assessment, solution selection, design, development, implementation, reporting, and continuous improvement and innovation of learning solutions.
Aligns development priorities with the needs of the company corporate and/or business/functions.
Manages and monitors monthly and quarterly forecasts against assigned budgets.
Performs cost-benefit and business impact analyses of alternative learning solutions.
Designs, plans, and ensures overall integrity/quality of global and regional curricula roadmaps.
Provides leadership to multiple project teams as appropriate.
Achieves financial goals, operational goals, and assigned metrics.

What you need to bring:

First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Typically 5-8 years in a training development or equivalent role.
Typically 4-6 years experience, including the management of large projects.

Knowledge and Skills:

Advanced facilitation, content design, and consulting skills.
Advanced business and financial planning acumen.
Advanced project management and process development skills.
Advanced expertise working with cross-functional and global teams.
Advanced leadership, communication, change management, and relationship management skills.
Expert ability to quickly understand and adopt new, complex tools, technologies, systems.
