2. Experience in supporting the Kronos Workforce central (WFC) Product, resolving the issues raised by client and providing proper solution. 3. Experience in Kronos WFC Configuration and Troubleshooting - Knowledge of product configuration, creating work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rule etc. Support changes to existing configurations and build new as need basis 4. Experience in handling incidents, problems, changes etc. 5. Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems. · Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements. · Develop documentation for systems and processes. 6. Experience with Workforce Integration Manager – interfaces 7. knowledge on SQL Queries/Scripts, Procedures, Functions& Packages using Oracle/SQL. 8. Knowledge on Accrual, Attendance, and activities. 9. |
