Skills Required

5-7 years of Experience in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM)
Experience in Kronos Cloud WFM
Experience in Kronos clock devices InTouch 9100 and InTouch DXG2. Experience in clock customizations are a plus.
Experience in Boomi integrations, REST Api, JSON, Postman, Modern OAuth 2.0, Java or Groovy, JavaScript, SQL skills are a plus
-Should have extensive background in Kronos Application: UKG Pro WFM (or UKG Dimensions), Self Service, Attestation, Time Entry/Scheduling, UKG Mobile-App
-Work in a team environment at customers sites to implement and support products that Kronos sells to its customers
-Work closely with the Kronos Project Managers to complete tasks delegated by the Project Managers in support of system implementations

Roles and responsibilities:

The Application Consultant will conduct the following customer/site related tasks:

-Implement software in multi-vendor environments
-Perform business rule analysis
-Creating new or enhancing current Boomi integrations.
-Conduct application orientation for customers
-Analyze enhanced requirements and create process documentation, diagrams and feature specifications
-Understand and configure base level (non-complex) software interfacing products
-Consult with customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and procedures
-The Application Consultant will learn and understand Kronos product line through self-study, classroom training and Web Virtual Training.
-The Application Consultant will spend time, weekly, reviewing the UKG Pro web site to use the tools available to enhance their knowledge of products, research questions, and keep abreast of company developments (technical and non-technical).
-The Application Consultant should have familiarity with UKGs Community web site for entering support cases and monitoring feedback from the vendor.

-Willing to work in afternoon shifts IST and going beyond, weekend on call/night support, etc. based on the criticality and business urgency.
