Skill Required:
- Should be a qualified Graduate / Postgraduate / Masters in HR stream
- Should have min. 3 years of experience in Procurement of HR Services, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development.
- Should have the ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions.
- Have strong soft skills like interpersonal, team and communication skills both verbal and written and a good team player.
Responsibilities:
Should have worked across National and Global HR vendors.
- Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and contracting for Talent Acquisition engagements, L&D and other related professional services.
- Responsible for drafting agreements / contracts / Purchase orders for vendor engagement
- Proactively identify strategic sourcing opportunities and develop category sourcing plans across all HR categories, work effectively with stakeholders to achieve strategic sourcing goals.
- Run RFP process, evaluate market, supplier evaluation, run cost benchmarking exercise, spend management, recommend the best vendors for Outsourcing business based on the requirement of the Business teams.
- Responsible for leading and supporting all communications, systems, policies, procedures, processes, and the management around the execution of supplier contracts, sourcing and designated supplier risk profile and compliance requirements.
- Analyze and document spend and savings within categories/understand market.
- Vendor performance matrix, feedback and constant liasing with th ebusiness team to ensure
- Establish and maintain analysis and tracking reports, while monitoring contract compliance and usage of specific Learning and Development services
- Assist category leadership in managing supplier and stakeholder relationships to improve internal client satisfaction.
- Understanding all the training requirements internally from the stakeholders, coordinate, perform and support all the procurement processes: source, negotiate pricing/contract terms and establish supplier contracts for both the US and India firms
- Raising Purchase requisitions for the training programs and ensure the Purchase Orders are released
Additional Responsibilities:
Serve as liaison and primary point of contact by providing support in managing the Supplier Relationship Meetings and providing support to the Leadership in the Forecast preparation of the category
- Preparing and Managing the complete reporting process of the category such as Contract Savings, Contract Expiration, Compliance
- Contribute to the development and implementation of program enhancements and new processes within Strategic Procurement
