Responsibilities:- Support the OMP in driving various activities related to enhancing revenues & relationships.
- Support the OMP/Executive team in the development and implementation of the business plan.
- Drive governance (via workshops/calls, etc) with core team to track progress across identified big bets.
- Prepare strategic review decks for meetings with ILT / Executive team in consultation with the OMP.
- Support in coordinating pitch support / debriefs on strategic opportunities (accounts, sectors, solutions, channels, etc).
- Work with the Finance & Sales operations teams to manage and drive periodic strategic and operational insights through CRM analysis, accounts, sector, corridor, channel performance, other KPIs’ to leadership and core team.
- Support in driving client development initiatives to open doors / create inroads with new opportunities / markets / clients.
- Conceptualise high visibility initiatives such as events, PoVs, TLs’, delivered with support of sector teams.
- Work with the primary lead on event management and sponsorship coordination with relevant industry bodies.
- Support the OMP’s office in promoting the brand through internal (newsletters, leadership updates, PoVs) and external communications (media queries, social feeds, TLs’) and marketing activities.
- Own and drive the knowledge management efforts (case studies, win stories, sector / solution collateral and other information) to help support strategic pursuits.
- Support general coordination of activities to build a stronger community across functions, sectors, and wider practice.
- Maintain calendar of activities of key internal meetings in the region (under purview of the OMP) – CST Meets, core team calls, solutions familiarization calls, sector, corridor calls, OMP leadership meets etc.
