• Monthly tracking status of compliances at each office level by each category of certification and audit. Following up with each auditee for seeking compliance status of outstanding issues/audit observations. Preparing analytics and putting the same in presentation to present the same to the management.
• Dealing with internal customers, Coordination with external stakeholders/auditors.
• Maintaining required MIS and data analytics.
• Drafting, implementation and review of admin policies.
• Exposure/knowledge of various statutory requirements applicable for the service Industry in India.
• Different types of Audits - First Party, 2nd Party & 3rd Party
