• Taking care of the general facilities and administration and day to day operations.
• Vendor invoice processing, Payment Follow up with finance.
• Printing requirements- Printed Stationery, Visiting Cards / ID cards, Brochures, Posters, Danglers etc.
• Invoice validation and processing- Monthly MIS, Periodic reconciliation
• Office Stationery – Inventory management, Procurements, Invoice Validation and processing monthly MIS.
• Handling Admin Imprest (petty cash)
• Advance from finance and settlements.
• Conveyance to office boys
• Petty admin expenses.
• Daily inspection of logbooks, history card, checklist, escalation charts, SOP & PPM schedules etc. for a better management.
• To ensure vendor management & vendor evaluation is done on monthly basis. 
• Ensuring the planned daily, weekly, fortnightly & monthly activities are completed. 
• Handling outsourced service providers in maintaining office Security / Escorts, Pest control, pantry, Mail room operations. 
• Ensure proper functioning of cafeteria equipment, F & B.
