1. Payment Processing:

• Record payments by entering them into the accounting system.
• Reconcile receipts with accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

2. Collections:

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments, proactively reaching out to customers to resolve issues.
• Implement effective collection strategies and negotiate payment plans when necessary.

3. Account Reconciliation:

• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly AR aging reports and analyze account status.

4. Customer Service and Relations:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account status.
• Resolve billing and payment disputes in a timely and professional manner.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain records of invoices, payments, and transactions.
• Prepare reports on AR status, including aging analysis and collections performance.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

 6. Compliance and Internal Controls:

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
