Job Role: Kotlin backend developer

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of full stack solutions using Kotlin , Java (Spring Boot) , Angular , and TypeScript .
- Define and implement software architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members through code reviews and design discussions.
- Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with external systems.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across the technology stack.
- Work with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments (AWS/Azure).
- Conduct root cause analysis of complex technical issues and drive resolutions.
- Contribute to estimation, technical planning, and project delivery governance.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate their potential adoption.
Job Description
Backend:
- Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin and Java (Spring Boot / Spring Framework) .
- Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Experience with ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA).
- Understanding of asynchronous programming, reactive frameworks (e.g., Spring WebFlux, Kotlin Coroutines) is a plus.
Frontend:
- Expert-level proficiency in Angular (v10+) , TypeScript , JavaScript , HTML5 , and CSS3 .
- Experience in building responsive, modular, and maintainable front-end applications.
- Strong understanding of state management, RxJS, and RESTful API integrations.
Database & DevOps:
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure) .
Testing & Quality:
- Proficiency in unit testing , integration testing , and test automation frameworks (JUnit, Jest, Jasmine, Karma).
- Advocate for clean code, design patterns, and maintainable architecture.
