Experience Required: 4+ year
Are you passionate about building intelligent knowledge ecosystems, improving user experience, and enhancing service delivery? We are looking for an experienced Knowledge Management Specialist to join our growing team and drive excellence in content, process, and knowledge operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify organizational data and knowledge needs.
- Develop and implement an innovative and scalable knowledge/content management framework.
- Drive creation and enhancement of information assets to improve service delivery.
- Design and deliver professional development programs to help employees access and analyze organizational data.
- Create long-term strategies to support sustainable instructional and operational systems.
- Facilitate effective communication and negotiations among stakeholders.
- Recommend, implement, and streamline Knowledge Management (KM) processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on trends in curriculum, technology, marketing, and KM systems.
- Gather and analyze user experience data to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance, leadership, and support to team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Required Experience & Technical Skills
- Prior experience with Service Desk operations (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of the ITIL framework.
- Experience with knowledge management tools, online KM platforms, and content governance.
- Strong background in content writing and instructional design.
- Proficiency in Excel, Access, and other database applications.
Desirable Experience
- 4+ years in a Knowledge Management or similar profile.
- Experience in Desktop Support, Application Support, or related IT support environments.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communicationability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Certified in Content Writing/Instructional Design (preferred).
- Knowledge Management certifications are an added advantage.
- Ability to plan and implement short and long-term goals.
- Quick learner with the ability to stay updated on technology trends.
- Ability to create and deliver high-quality documents for advanced audiences.
