Summary: As a consultant, leveraging your expertise in strong consulting skills, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design customized solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and clients to analyze learning needs, define learning objectives, and develop instructional materials that align with learning goals. Design and develop engaging and effective learning content across multiple formats, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and other learning resources. Utilize instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and best practices to create interactive and engaging learning experiences that promote learner engagement and retention. Develop storyboards, scripts, and other instructional materials to guide the development of multimedia assets, including graphics, animations, videos, and simulations. Work closely with graphic designers, multimedia developers, and other members of the content development team to create and integrate multimedia elements into learning content. Conduct quality assurance reviews and usability testing to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of learning content, and make recommendations for improvements as needed. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in instructional design and e-learning development, and incorporate new insights into client deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: Bachelors or masters degree in instructional design, education, instructional technology, or related field. Experience of 8-10 years in f experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or related fields or related field preferred Must Have Skills: Learning Content Development Good To Have Skills: Design Thinking Additional Information: Proficiency in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM). Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
