Responsibilities

• Batch Production & Quality Control: Execute precise production of our signature gelatos, spreads, and other indulgences while ensuring every bite is as heavenly as the last.
• Ingredient & Inventory Management: Keep an eye on stock levels, monitor ingredient quality, and ensure we never run out of the good stuff.
• Process Optimization: Find smarter, faster, and more efficient ways to do things without compromising quality.
• Hygiene & Compliance: Follow food safety and hygiene protocols like your life depends on it (because our reputation does).
• Bring your A-game every day, inspiring and motivating the team to reach new heights of greatness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen, cloud kitchen, or production setup (bonus points if its in desserts, bakery, or frozen treats).
• A deep understanding of batch production, ingredient functionality, and food safety standards.
• Process-Oriented Mindset: You believe in structured workflows but also know when to improvise for greatness.
• Physical Stamina: Lets be realthis job involves standing, lifting, and moving around.
• Auditory and Visual abilities to observe and detect signs of emergency.
• Youre willing to wear multiple hats, take on diverse roles, and changing priorities.
• Youre a self-starter with a "can-do" attitude.
