Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
  • Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and frostings
  • Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
  • Monitor baking process to ensure proper timing and temperature
  • Decorate baked goods as required
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Manage inventory and report low supplies


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Understanding of food safety standards
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Time management skills


Education & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management
  • Culinary or baking certification (a plus)
  • Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, or food production environment preferred.
