Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kinaxis Fundamentals and preferably experience in Operations and Production Management within the Automotive Industry. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical solutions and collaborate effectively in a day shift environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions using Kinaxis Fundamentals to optimize supply chain processes.
- Oversee the integration of Kinaxis solutions with existing systems to ensure seamless operations and data flow.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges ensuring project goals are met.
- Analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for technical processes and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve reliability and scalability.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical implementations.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of technical solutions to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Kinaxis and related technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities and knowledge of Kinaxis solutions.

Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Kinaxis Fundamentals with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Demonstrate experience in Operations and Production Management preferably within the Automotive Industry.
