Work with customers and internal teams to understand business requirements and supply chain challenges.

Configure and implement Kinaxis RapidResponse modules (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Planning, etc.).

Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.

Lead or support workshops, functional design sessions, and testing (FIT/GAP/UAT).

Provide expert guidance on best practices for Kinaxis capabilities and supply chain processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, analysts) to deliver integrated solutions.

Support deployment, go-live, and post-implementation support/troubleshooting.

Prepare documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions
