Job Description

5+ yrs in Kinaxis RapidResponse Demand/Supply planning application Implementation experience

• Through understanding of SP/DP business processes

• Ability to map customer requirements with application capabilities

• Hands on experience of configuration & development of RR resources

• Understanding of Admin activities and integration setups of Kinaxis RapidResponse

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Lead the onsite and offshore team

Required

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required.

• Techno Functional knowledge on Kinaxis: Supply/Demand Planning modules

• Hands on experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse resource developments

• Hands-on experience in integration with other ERPs

• Deep understanding of data model of Demand/Supply planning applications

• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment is required.

• Work independently with clients and lead small size team

Desired

• Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL

• RR Author Level 2 / Level-3 certification

• Knowledge in SAP (SD, MM & PP).

• To understand and analyze business requirements, Issues and changes to existing functionalities

• Maintain and support the Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions towards the affiliates Key Users (2nd & 3rd Line support)

• Documentation of Requirements, SOP documents

• Translate the user requirements into functional and technical design, application configuration and testing scenario’s

• Documenting all aspects of the system (e.g. URS, process flows, functional specifications, technical design, application configuration, test scenario’s, Support document etc.) according to internal procedures

• Train team in Enhancing their Kinaxis RR skillset
