Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Outlet / Wholesale Market Manager to develop and manage sales in the wholesale markets and key retail outlets across Tamil Nadu.

The candidate will be responsible for expanding distributor & wholesale networks, strengthening key outlet relationships, driving secondary sales, and achieving monthly sales targets for Ghee and allied FMCG food products.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage wholesale market operations in assigned territory.
  • Identify and appoint new wholesalers and key outlets.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing wholesale partners and key retailers.
  • Drive primary and secondary sales through wholesalers.
  • Ensure product visibility, placement, and stock availability in key outlets.
  • Negotiate trade schemes, pricing, and margins as per company policy.
  • Monitor distributor performance and ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Coordinate with supply chain for smooth dispatch and delivery.
  • Conduct market visits regularly to monitor competitor pricing and schemes.
  • Implement trade promotions and market activation activities.
  • Maintain daily sales reports, beat plans, and outlet coverage records.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 310 years of experience in Wholesale / General Trade / FMCG Sales.
  • Strong market knowledge of Tamil Nadu wholesale hubs.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Fluency in Tamil and basic English.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Two-wheeler mandatory (Valid driving license preferred).
  • Basic MS Excel knowledge and experience with distributor management systems (DMS).
  • Target-driven with strong execution capability.
