Role Description
The Key Accounts Manager (e-commerce) will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships withkey e-commerce accounts - Amazon/Flipkart/quick commerce, and pushing strong sales on these platforms.
Responsibilities-
- 50 Cr+ P&L ownership on marketplaces
- Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Category Management
- Budget Allocation and Spend
- Strong FMCG product sales on ecommerce platforms
- Event ownership (BBD, GIF, EORS etc.)
- Channel distribution
- Retention & repeat growth
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience from FMCG ONLY
- 8 to 12 years of strong experience in pushing the SALES on the e-commerce platforms
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships
