As a Key Account Sales Specialist, you will drive revenue growth, explore new opportunities, and nurture long-term client partnerships.


Youll collaborate with marketing, design, and strategy teams to present compelling solutions, ensure smooth onboarding, and deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact to closure.

This role suits someone who is energetic, target-driven, and confident about turning conversations into conversions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, cold outreach, networking, and industry insights.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline by understanding client needs and business goals.
  • Present service portfolios, proposals, and pitch decks confidently.
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and tailored presentations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups.
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project scopes to close profitable deals.
  • Coordinate with creative, performance, and development teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Track performance using CRM tools and maintain updated sales reports.
  • Review progress regularly and execute strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, tools, and modern sales techniques.


Account Management Add-Ons

  • Client Onboarding & Handover: Ensure seamless transition to operations.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain contact and build long-term partnerships.
  • Issue Resolution: Coordinate with teams to resolve queries promptly.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify additional service opportunities.
  • Performance Follow-Up: Track delivery, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
  • 35 years of proven sales experience, preferably in digital/creative agencies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of client needs and ability to offer solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking software, and MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven with multitasking capability.
