Role Description

This is a remote full-time key account sales specialist. The key account sales specialist will manage relationships with key clients, identify their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role focuses on meeting sales targets while fostering long-term partnerships with key accounts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and account management skills to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and achieve revenue goals.
• Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction with ACadru's offerings.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, identify growth opportunities, and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, time management, and meeting deadlines.
• Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Prior experience in the EdTech industry or a passion for education and learning is a plus.
