Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Bengaluru for a Key Account Sales Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, managing account portfolios to drive customer satisfaction, and developing sales strategies. Other responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, addressing client needs, and aligning company services with client requirements to achieve business objectives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • 45 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B Sales, preferably in IT / Technology
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand technical offerings and convert them into business solutions
  • Experience managing mid-sized to enterprise-level accounts
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in selling IT services, software, SaaS, or digital solutions
  • Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and contract negotiations
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously.
