Join our dynamic team as a Key Account Manager and Business Development Leader, and take on the challenge of driving growth and revenue in our credit underwriting and risk assessment solutions within the financial services sector. With a strong track record of sales achievement and a passion for building relationships, you'll be responsible for executing our regional sales strategy to capture new business opportunities and expand our presence in the market.
Your Impact:
- Drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the financial services sector (including Banks/NBFC/Fintech/FI) by building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Drive our sales efforts in delivering innovative credit underwriting and risk assessment solutions and manage entire sales life cycle
- Identify and target new business opportunities, generating leads and creating tailored proposals to meet client needs
- Lead the sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine product positioning and sales messaging, ensuring our solutions meet the specific needs of customers
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with clients, prioritizing long-term relationships and mutual success
- Track sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to the executive team on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales achievement, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Strong understanding of the financial services sector, including credit underwriting and risk assessment solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and results-driven outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track sales metrics and KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
