Key Account Sales Executive

We are looking for aFinance & Accounts Executiveto join our growing food and nutrition startup, Rasadhaara Wellness.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers and wants to be closely involved in the financial operations of a fast-growing company.

You will be responsible for managing the companys financial records, invoicing, vendor accounts, and supporting the founder with financial tracking and reporting.

Generate and manage customer invoices and sales records

Maintain vendor accounts and track payable invoices

Maintain books of accounts and financial records

Monitor cash flow and track incoming/outgoing payments

Maintain purchase, sales, and expense documentation

Coordinate with external accountants for GST and compliance

Prepare basic financial reports and operational summaries

25 years experience in finance, accounts, or commercial operations

Background inhospitality, FMCG, or startup environments preferred

Strong proficiency inExcel / Google Sheets

Familiarity withTally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software

Highly organized with strong attention to detail
