Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key clients in the international logistics domain. The ideal candidate will have 26 years of proven experience in the logistics industry, with special preference given to those who have worked in international freight forwarding, shipping, or global supply chain operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned international logistics clients.
• Understand clients global supply chain requirements and deliver customised logistics solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, documentation, customs, shipping partners) to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Monitor account performance and ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.
• Handle escalations, resolve service issues, and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities across ocean, air, and cross-border logistics services.
• Prepare and present account performance reviews and improvement plans.
• Support onboarding of new accounts and manage contract renewals and pricing agreements.

Requirements

• 26 years of work experience in the logistics industry is mandatory.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in international freight forwarding, shipping, or global supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with freight terms (INCOTERMS), documentation, and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
