Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh for a Key Account Manager/Growth Manager.

The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with key qcom and ecom accounts, developing and executing business plans, and ensuring business scaling.

The candidate is the bridge between founders, business team and performance team. This role requires high diligence, utmost ownership.

Candidate gets to work closely with founders (direct reporting to founder)


Qualifications

  • Strong Business Acumen and Key Accounts handling skills to grow and scale business.
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to develop strategies and optimize account performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in q-commerce (or e-commerce) is a plus.
  • Masters/bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
