Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage key enterprise SEO clients across industries (BFSI, E-commerce, Healthcare, etc.)

Act as the primary SPOC, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Lead SEO strategy, performance reviews, and data-driven recommendations

Collaborate with SEO, content, tech, and analytics teams for seamless execution

Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to account growth

Mentor and manage client servicing teams

Key Requirements:

8-10 years of experience in client servicing/account management with strong SEO background

Proven experience handling enterprise or large-scale SEO accounts

Strong understanding of SEO strategy, analytics, and performance metrics

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Experience working in a digital marketing agency preferred
