Designation:Key Account Manager Quick Commerce

Location:Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Employment Type:Full-time


We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-savvy Key Account Manager Quick Commerce to join our dynamic quick commerce team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling marketplace operations, pricing updates, and cross-functional coordination while driving performance through strong analytical support.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Operations:

  • Manage end-to-end operations acrossBlinkit,InstamartandZeptoand other quick commerce platforms
  • Coordinate with platform KAMs for visibility, assortmentexpansionand growth initiatives
  • Execute price changes, promotions, and platform campaigns
  • Ensure product listings, content and creatives areaccurateand live
  • Manage platform hygiene including catalog health,availabilityand discoverability
  • Drive new launch onboarding across Q-commerce partners
  • Work closely with internal teams (growth, design, supply chain) for campaign readiness.


Demand Planning & Inventory Management:

  • Plan inventory allocation across dark stores / cities
  • Monitor fill rates,OOSand ageing stock
  • Forecast demand for ongoing SKUs and new launches
  • Coordinate replenishment planning with supply chain teams
  • Optimizeassortment mix (Singles vs Combos) based on platform demand


Performance Monitoring & Growth:

  • Track sales, conversion,visibilityand category rankings
  • Analyze platform-level performance and derive growth actions
  • Monitor competitor assortment, pricing and offers
  • Drive category growth through campaign participation and media visibility
  • Identifyopportunities to improve contribution margin and ROI


Promotions & Commercial Planning:

  • Plan discounts and promotional strategies with platforms
  • Evaluate ROI on platform spends and visibility investments
  • Manage monthly revenue targets and platform-wise projections
  • Support JBP discussions and commercial negotiations


Reporting & Analysis:

  • Maintain platform dashboards and performance trackers
  • Share weekly and monthly business reviews
  • Build actionable insights from ratings,reviewsand customerbehaviour
  • Prepare review decks and business summaries for internal stakeholders


Key Skills Required:

  • 25 years of experience in Quick Commerce / Ecommerce KAM role preferably from FMCG / Beauty / D2C background
  • Experience working withBlinkit,Instamart,Zeptoor similar platforms
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business,Marketingor related fields
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets pivots, lookups, data analysis)
  • Understanding of Q-commerce business dynamics
  • Stakeholder management & negotiation skills
  • High ownership and execution ability
  • Cross-functional collaboration (marketing, supply chain, finance)
